of various styles of yoga. This practice incorporates
and synchronizes a wide variety of asanas, and pranayama: A beautiful
connection of movement and breaths focusing on the universal
principles of alignment. This is a Vinyasa series that activates the
chakras from the root to the crown, melting away stress and creating
space for strength and flexibility. A true dynamic mix of both sweat
and spirit: An uplift of Prana (Life Force). This flow will torch
calories, tone the body and relax the mind leaving you renewed,
invigorated and centered.
Hatha
Restorative
In this active and balanced class, experience a rhythmic mixture of
Hatha yoga poses, breath and visualization encouraging purification
and toxic release. This results in developing strength and awareness
in the body allowing the mind to focus and be still. Restorative poses
are integrated within the last 20 minutes of this practice. It is
designed to open tight areas within the body, and the centering of the
heart. Deep relaxation and meditation completes the senses of inner
balance and well-being.
Yin Yang Practice
Yin/Yang Yoga is a class in which to experience the benefits of
a balanced practice of yin and yang styles of yoga. The yin
style of long-held passive poses opens the body to more
flexibility and chi flow through the subtle channels while also
engendering a more contemplative, non-reactive quality of mind.
A more active, dynamic, yang style of vinyasa will follow,
strengthening and invigorating the body and mind. Each class
will conclude with meditation.

and breaths to stretch and enhance muscle strength followed by a
deeply relaxing sequence of poses that support the body with
assistance of props to restore optimum mind/body balance in every way.
It is appropriate for all practitioners. It is a renewed inspiration
to your daily/regular yoga practice and is revitalizing while
restoring, gaining a deeper breath awareness.
Thai Yoga
Therapy
This sacred art is healing, invigorating and rejuvenating. It awakens
the loving spirit and all senses opening the chakras and all meridians
of the body. The result is the feeling of well-being and bliss. Nuad
Boram is based on the northern style of traditional Thai Massage. Its
foundation dates back 2,500 years ago during the time of Buddha. The
basis is one of energy, at its most fundamental level. We reference
this “energy” or “life force” as Prana. As in yoga, we continue in
parallel with this “energy” and its indefinite power for healing.
Being of good health, at least by majority definition is not being
sick and able to function both through thought and physical
independence. In eastern philosophy this concept is more defined as a
balance of our chakras, or specific channels of energy flow that are
in constant balance, where all of our internal systems as well as our
mind and spirit are one in harmony. Sickness, diseases, and pains are
considered to be an imbalance in this energy flow. Nuad Boram allows a
reopening of this flow through stimulation allowing the mind and body
to become balanced once again.
