Angela Pantaleon Always bringing her good humor and encouragement to the yoga class, Angela is dynamic and compassionate in her style of teaching, focusing on her student's strengths and weaknesses. She has been involved in classical ballet since the age of six, which led her to professional performances with jazz dance companies as well as music video work in Los Angeles.
Angela is a certified yoga instructor with training in Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Gentle and Restorative and is also trained in yoga therapy with Phoenix Rising Yoga, Reiki and crystal Healing in Brazil.

Her practice is strongly influenced by the tutelage of highly acclaimed master teachers such as: Rodney Yee, Doug Swenson, Tias Little, Shiva Rea, Bryan Kest, Beryl Bender Birch among others. Despite this, Angela is continually training and updating herself in the practice which is a constantly evolving process of learning.
With extensive training in Thai Yoga Body work through countless hours with her master Michael Buck of the Vedic Conservatory, Angela utilizes practical application with her own clients.
As an active yoga therapist, she focuses on the physical healing by helping her students find their own inner balance through the prevention of injuries. Because of certain physical challenges caused by an accident in the past, her avocation to the healing therapy is genuine and real. Angela also holds a high degree in Japanese Karate.
Angela offers private instruction by appointment, in a wide range of yoga practices, including Thai yoga body work. |

I have practiced Yoga for four years. Yoga turned to be my passion since then. Passion that transformed my life mentally and physically. I have never felt healthier and stronger as I am now. Yoga Therapy has provided me balance, flexibility adn relaxation through meditation, pranayama and asanas. To improve my practice I decided to go to massage school where I learned anatomy and a better comprehension of human body. Fortunately yoga and massage have been given me a wonderful journey to help myself and others to have a better quality of life.

Amanda Russcol Amanda has been studying yoga for over ten years. Taking her first class at about age 16, she was not a big fan of the quiet, meditative practice. The postures were fun and challenging, and she loved the workout, she she continued to go to class. In time she realized that the focus and discipline (the hardest parts for her teenage mind to embrace) were the most important for her growth. As she became more at ease in stressful situations, she was drawn more toward yogic philosophy and spiritual practices.
In 2005 Amanda graduated from Yoga and Inner Peace, a certified instructor trained by a first generation disciple of Swami Vishnu Devananda and a second generation disciple of Swami Sivananda. Since then Amanda has been teaching all over Palm Beach and Borward Counties, with occasional retreats in the Domincan Republic and Washington, DC. She loves helping others to find thier own practice, and is constantly grateful for the lessons she learns from her teachers, students and the world around her. Amanda is so happy to be a part of the beautiful family that Angela has created at Root 1.
